Topic: Template Installation Problem

Hello,

I'm new to this forum. Well, I've never belonged to any forum, so please forgive my error if I've posted this in the wrong area. My problem is that I've purchased 2 template packages and am not able to download them. I was sent the links (i purchased them separately) but when I "click" nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? thank you smile

Hi Kelley,

If the download doesn't start when you click on the link, try to copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser and click the Enter key on your keyboard. It usually helps.

Don't Worry, We help the most of templates are best of amount and Some Templates are download in free version so, Can u download in payment of any kinds of templates to using in Your Business.

Hi!

All the additional templates were created especially for SmartSHOW 3D and they can't be used in other programs.
