Topic: Smartshow freezes

Hi,

I am new on Smartshow. I have downloaded the version 12.5 and using on trial mode. I tried to make slideshows via slideshow wizard. I can select template, I can add photos and music, but then it freezes all the time. I have tried different templates, smaller pictures and tried without adding a music but it still freezes. I can't make it work. Please help!

I am working on 2019 Dell notebook with intel i5 8265 CPU, 8 GB Ram and Radeon 520 graphic card on Windows 10 64 bit.
