Topic: Exception Violation [Resolved]

Just purchased and when download is complete I get the following:
Exception EAccessViolation in module SmartSHOW3D.exe at 6982F910.  Access violation at address 69830910.  Read of address 69830910.

What do I do with this?

Looks like a temporary memory problem. Our database shows that your license was activated two days ago. Is everything OK now?
