Topic: slideshow in 5 minutes
After I bought and installed the new 25th edition - the slideshow in 5 minutes crashed all the time.
How can this be resolved?

I have already tried everything I could to no avail.
I raised a ticket also sending documentation relating to some abends found in the depths of windows. Currently no response

Sorry for the delay, this is the Ticket #160304. I'm already talking to support, as you can see by this ticket. However, it seems that the solution is complex.

This is a major problem, unable to use the tamplates in 5 minutes. You must solve the problem. The re-instoling does not solve any problem. I tried and tried - no success

on the web you instructing to "Run the automatic slideshow creator on your computer, click the "Slideshow in 5 Minutes" button and choose the template". Can you, please, explain what is the "automatic slideshow creator" that we have to run prior to clicking the Slideshow in 5 minutes?
