Topic: Create an HEVC h265 3840 x 2160 Video file

I originally sent this request by support ticket -Ticket #158882. Subject: SmartSHOW 3D Official. for which I have not received a reply.

I am trying to create a slideshow containing 46 photos using HEVC h.265, maximum quality 3840 x 2160. The software prepares files and creates audio file successfully but fails creating video stream, the same thing also happens using 2560 x 1440. My graphics card, set as default, is NVidia Geforce RTX 3050 8GB, my CPU is i7-13700K with 32GB of RAM on a Gigabyte Z790 MB
The error message says 'Cannot create video in selected format but try to create in 720p not 1080'. As this software was purchased to take full advantage the included modern formats this seems silly given my PC specs.

Any suggestions or help appreciated.

In any case, when you have a complicated video with a lot of video masks, you get errors, even in mp4
Yet an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz and 16 GB of RAM
I'm thinking of switching to Davinci resolve which accepts large configurations because it's real professional software

If I have to stick with 1920 x 1080 I may as well stay with ProShow Producer, problem still not resolved on support ticket. I am beginning to think that I have wasted my money on software not able to do what it is advertised to do, I even asked a pre-purchase question and was given the affirmative. The slideshow I am trying to make is really simple, just 46 slides and transitions only.
