only just got this new software and its great apart from when I burn/ create to disc the music has not been included and I have a silent slideshow!! any ideas what I'm doing wrong please

Hi, are you having this problem with DVD only? Try creating an AVI file, see if the music there, and let us know.

Are you able to create a music and narration in Audacity and import it as a wav file? I tried to save as a wav file and there was no sound. Do you have to use the narration and add music inside the software? How can I fix this? I am currently saving a mpeg4 hd hoping the sound is there. It is taking a long time so far to save. Is there some list of ways to help choose the right file to save? I want to save for dvd usb and vimeo.

Hi Nancy, yes, you can create your own WAV files with music and/or narration, add them to SmartSHOW 3D, and then save in any video format of your choice. Try that and let us know if any further questions arise.
