Topic: Import of MP4-files: No Sound [Resolved]
After having imported any MP4 file there is no sound, neither a converted YouTube-file nor a file from camcorder.
When I open it "normally", with a player, everything is fine....
Any ideas?

Your video file may have an audio codec that is not supported by SmartSHOW 3D. Try converting the file into MP4 with another audio codec. If it doesn't help, upload the file to some cloud service and send it to the technical support: https://smartshow-software.com/SmartShow3d.exe
They'll help you resolve this issue.
