Topic: Failed to Load File [Resolved]

Just like Papas1775 on 12-27, I have a folder with some .heic pictures that are not loading into my slideshow.  Most of my other files are .jpg and they loaded fine.  I saved these as .jpg but they still don't load.  Any solutions so I can get these into my slideshow?

Could you try converting the images to JPG using another converter? If it doesn't help, please send one of your images to the technical support for a test: https://smartshow-software.com/support.php
They'll help you find out what is causing the problem.
