Topic: Adding Music to Slides [Resolved]

Hello, I'm trying to add my music from file to my project but every time I select my music file and click open, it says failed to add music from file. I tried both .wav and .mp3 music files but same results.

I also tried using the music files that come with the software. It will error out, failed to add music from file. Rebooted my computer multiple times in a couple of days already but same results!

Using SmartSHOW 3D - Gold Edition in Windows 10 Pro OS.
