Ist seems the Photoeditor doesn‘t work. Using Andy Sliders for improvment or using any filter shows no effect. Andy Suggestion?

Hi! The photo editor should work fine.
Could you tell the customer support what changes you're trying to apply in the photo editor and send them the photo you are editing?
