Topic: Downloading my purchases [Resolved]

I have purchased reaally a lot of the templates, backgounds and slideshows to my Smartshov full version. I have a new computer now and I struggle to find how to find how to download all this again. It is bought over time and really a lot of it. Have I lost it all or can I save what I bought? I have contacted support many times now and they want to help and sent my email to another support but nothing is yet solved. There must be registered in the program what is bought with it? It is a lot of money and I am not going to buy all this again. Please help?

Hello! Did you contact our support team through this form https://smartshow-software.com/support.php ? Because that's the only one we have for SmartSHOW 3D. How long ago did you submit your ticket? I'll also need your ticket number or email to ask our tech support to look it through one more time.
To recover the lost data, you should provide them with the email you used to register your copy of SmartSHOW 3D.
