I bought the 3d wedding template. It went into the "collage". How can I add it to the "slideshows in 5 minutes"?

Did you have any problem with the link they sent you to download for your template? I just bought the memorial 3d templates and the link they sent me doesn't work. I did contact support but I haven't been sent a new link yet.
