Topic: Smarshow doesn't print DVD

I have Windows 10, Smartshow Version 9.45, obtained in Nov/Dec 2017. I can make an impressive Smartshow on my computer, however when it comes to any printing on DVD it stops. It doesn't freeze computer but four hours later it still at the same place -- no action. Thinking that the problem was due to inserted images, I went to Wondershare slideshow and did item by item what I had on Smartshow and it printed all right so it proved to me that the problem is not anything I do. Any assistance?
