Topic: Unable to use software

We purchased your software and installed it on a Dell laptop running windows 10.  We start the software and the screen is blank.  Go to the File tab and try and click "new Project" nothing happens.  Click on 5 minute project and we get the ability to build a project that way but the templates we purchased in addition to the software are not there even after installing.  Getting very agitated!!  Please help!!!

Regarding your problem - this happens when you don't have the latest video card driver compatible with your Windows version. You need to look up your video card make and model, then go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver. If it's a laptop, you need to download the driver from the laptop vendor's site.
