Topic: App crashing [Resolved]

Hi folks, newbie here, love the product so far...   Just loaded SS3D 20 on my new Dell XPS 8940.  Working on a project and have started to see the app crashing.  It just closes, no error messages, I can restart the app fine, but it has been crashing again and again.  It has crashed on a save command or working with Video (cut/crop).

I can see in event viewer the following app error:

First of all, try reinstalling the program. If it doesn't help, please wait for a reply from the support team. They will help you resolve this problem.
