I cannot create a slideshow as the program keeps freezing up. Can I uninstall and reinstall and keep all the upgrades on the program that I have purchased?

Sure, you can reinstall the software using the original installation file. By the upgrades, I think, you mean the additional templates - you should be able to install them again with the links from the registration e-mails.
