Topic: I bought the SW and I'm requested to upgrade [Resolved]

Hello,
I opened a ticket but no one answered me.
I have bought the SW in Aug 2017 and receieved a key and used the SW.
Now I cant access,
I have a notification that I need to upgrade ,
I payed again but still can't access and I don't have a new key

Please assist!!!

Hi, I suppose you opened a ticket during the weekend. Tech support work from Monday to Friday, European business hours. So don't worry, they should reply to you shortly.
