I recently purchased new templates. but not sure how to download them.
where do I save them to

Hi, thank you for your order! First you need to unzip the files - extract from the archive with the password you were sent. After that, simply launch Templates.exe (the one with the yellow icon) - it will install the templates to the right folder. You'll find them inside the software under Collages.
