Need activation key [Resolved]

I bought the the full version and when I entered the payment details it said a code would be sent to the email given. I was not asked for an email address so where has the activation code went?? I posted on the support page twice and the automatic response says a response should be received in a few hours at most but that was early this morning. I need to use the project I have created for an ad and need it done today. Can someone please help as this is very frustrating especially when money has been paid. Thanks
