Topic: Forum Prominence?

I don't know how many copies of SmartShow 3D have been sold since your launch? But I have noticed that your main sales site does not advertise your Forum in any prominent way!
The Forum is a great way to generate sales, and many people will go to the sales site and look for a forum link, so that they can find examples and posts by real purchasers. Only then will they make up their minds to buy the program.
A failure to advertise a forum is a missed opportunity to generate sales!

Good point, thank you for your idea William! We actually have a link to the forum on our Support page, but we'll see if there's a good place for mentioning the forum on other pages, too.

The fact that the forum is hidden away in the support page is part of the problem. Most well established sites have the forum link on the main toolbar so that it can be seen immediately on the main page!

I see what you mean now, but I'm not sure the current design of our homepage could fit it in. We'll consider the idea, though, along with some future some changes in design perhaps.
