hyperlinks [Resolved]

Everything I have bought so far, I can't use the hyperlinks. I called support and they sent me the activiation for the smartshow 3d.

I could not get the links for the free background templates to work.

I also just purchased the memorial background packet. The link for that doesn't work. Can someone tell me what would be the reason why they always have to send me different links. Right now I paid for stuff I can't use. I did copy the link out of the email and try to post in my browser. 2 different browsers and neither worked.
