I bought the gold version, but my program is considered a deluxe version.

No Gold

I also downloaded the zip file templates and video backgrounds, but I don't see any difference.

where are the new backgraund videos?

how do I use them?

I upgraded from the Standard version to Gold because I had to find other available models, in particular in the "Presentation in 5 minutes" area.

I don't see any new models being presented in 5 minutes.
