Topic: program freezes at random points when creating video from photo track

Purchased SmartShow 3D 3 days ago. Now, as it comes to convert image track into video - no matter what format - it keeps freezing at random points. So far I couldn't convert more than 50 % of the photo track.
Anyone any ideas?

It's likely to be a graphics card driver problem - an outdated driver, or no compatible driver for your Windows version. We'll certainly need more details of the problem to figure our what's wrong.
