Topic: Need help please with Creating a video slideshow in Smartshow 3D

What would cause this response when trying to create a video slideshow?

Failed to open project it may be corrupted or have a wrong format...

What should I check in my project to determine what may have corrupted it? What format should I avoid using and how can I check if I have used a wrong format?

Hi, SmartSHOW 3D works with projects in the PSKP format only. If you're trying to open your project in this format and this error message appears, there may be some issues with the project itself. To check this, you can contact our customer support: https://smartshow-software.com/support.php
