Topic: Fog/mist tutorial

I am new to this software, I understand how it works and learn more everyday. What I am trying to do is to add fog or mist animation to a photo. Much like the one at this link https://www.behance.net/gallery/6815987 … hop-Action
so I can have it rising over a lake photo I have on a misty morning. Any advice/help or a tutorial I can follow.

You can also add your own video footages with animation via Add Layer > Video
