Topic: Different Format into smart show 3D

I was successful in transferring a previously made video to SmartShow 3D, the only thing is, there is audio on the original slide show, but it did not transfer.   Is there a way of doing this?

Hi! Do you mean that the audio files weren't transferred to the new computer or you can't hear the music after conversion?

Can't hear music after the conversion.....it doesn't show any audio.

Could you add a track from the built-in music collection and check if it plays in the final video? If the track from the collection works fine, and the problem occurs only with your files, please convert your files to WAV using any audio converter, for example, CloudConvert, a free online tool. - https://cloudconvert.com/
Then add the WAV files to your project and create a new video.
