Topic: Program crashing when videos added [Resolved]

The program just shuts down when I put videos in and either preview or try to manipulate them.  I have tried it on two computers, one with windows 10 and integrated graphics and one with windows 11 with a dedicated graphics card.  I have been sending messages back and forth with support for a couple weeks.  Still no resolution.

The support team has to ask you certain questions in order to understand the circumstances before giving you any solutions. They'll try to figure out what's causing the issue and provide you with a solution.
