Topic: Using Photo editor causes system to hang [Resolved]

Good afternoon,

I purchased this morning and it seemed straight forward. However, I wanted to turn a picture into black and white.

I opened the slide for editing, highlighted the picture layer, selected the layer tab and clicked the Photo Editor button.
I put a tick in the convert to Black & White and nothing happens when I click apply. Then after a few seconds I get a small spinning blue circle and the screen fades. If I then click on it it says that smartshow 3d is not responding and crashes.

I have tried many settings on the Photo Editor page and I get the same result.

I have an Nvidea 2070 and is ample for photoshop and the driver is upto date.

I cannot complete my project at this moment in time. Any help is appreciated.

Could you contact the tech support here? - https://smartshow-software.com/support.php
They'll need to test your photo to find out what causes the problem.

Hi Jason,

You should receive a reply within one working day. If you still didn't get a reply, make sure you haven't closed your ticket by mistake.
