Hallo, ich bin neu hier und finde keine Antwort auf meine Frage. Habe im Okt 2019 die SmartShow 3D gekauft. Nun muß ich meinen PC plattmachen da Windows Fehler auffweist und ich habe versehentlich die Mail mit dem Key unwiderruflich gelöscht. Nun brauch ich ihn für eine Neuinstalation noch einmal bekomme aber keine Antwort wie? Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand helfen?

Hello, I'm new here and can not find an answer to my question. I bought the SmartShow 3D in Oct 2019. Now I have to flatten my PC because Windows detects errors and I accidentally deleted the mail with the key irrevocably. Now I need it for a new installation again but do not get an answer how? Can someone help me here? I am German
