Greetings AMS,

I purchased AMS SmartShow 3D Deluxe v12 with THREE template packs.

Payment processor PayPro sent an email providing the download links for SmartShow 3D and the 3 content packs. The email provided the serial number for the SmartShow software. But it did NOT provide serial numbers for the 3 content packs.

The templates downloaded as ZIP files. The three template packs are:

Modern Slideshow Effects for SmartSHOW 3D
“Happy Together“ Template for SmartSHOW 3D
“Our Vacation” Template for SmartSHOW 3D

When I attempt to open the ZIP file for each Contact Pack, I am asked for a password or SERIAL number to open each ZIP file. BUT I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH ANY PASSWORDS Or SERIAL NUMBERS FOR ANY OF THE 3 TEMPLATE PACKS. Therefore, I cannot open any ZIP files and access the 'templates'.

I contacted PayPro customer support. PayPro told me to contact AMS for the MISSING serial numbers.

AMS, please provide me with the serial numbers / passwords for the three template packs listed above.
