youtube tells me the format is wrong

What format did you choose for saving?
If your file is .pskp, then it's a project format for SmartSHOW 3D. You can open it in the software and save the project as a video by going to Create > Create video slideshow.

Hi all,

I just got this program this morning, and created a video that I wanted to upload to youtube. Obviously I've not saved it right, because youtube tells me the format is wrong.

I tried to recreate it, and use the "create a video for the internet", but that is now grayed out!!

I don't know how to convert it (if that's what I'm suppose to do), or how to create one in the right format. I tried to create a second one, and then choose the correct format, but it only gives me one choice.

HELP please

Everything feels like it's already been an issue and that's not fun

ps. If there is an "easy to understand" video that would be great too.
