They will find out what's causing the issue and provide you with a solution.
Don't forget to mention that we've already checked your resolution (1900*1200). That will save time.

Hello!

What's your display resolution? For example, 1024x768, 1200 x 600, 1680 x 1050, etc.
If it is rather low (like 1200 x 600), try setting a higher resolution and converting the video again.

Hi,

When i play my slideshow inside SmartShow (10 3d) it's working fine, but when i export it into MP4 HD, I have blur in the top of the image during transitions.

Note : The issue is only with 1080p, not with 720p
