I cannot get Smartshow3D to run after the first install/reinstall. It constantly freezes. It`s unusable. i contacted support. Sent logs. Twice. They told me to reinstall, and make sure there are no folders or files left over(ProgramFiles(x86)). Reinstallation fixes the problem. But after a restart or shutdown, we are back to square one, freezing again. I have other slide shows from different companies. They never ever do this. I want this annoyance resolved.

on the web you instructing to "Run the automatic slideshow creator on your computer, click the "Slideshow in 5 Minutes" button and choose the template". Can you, please, explain what is the "automatic slideshow creator" that we have to run prior to clicking the Slideshow in 5 minutes?

This is a major problem, unable to use the tamplates in 5 minutes. You must solve the problem. The re-instoling does not solve any problem. I tried and tried - no success

Sorry for the delay, this is the Ticket #160304. I'm already talking to support, as you can see by this ticket. However, it seems that the solution is complex.

After I bought and installed the new 25th edition - the slideshow in 5 minutes crashed all the time.
How can this be resolved?
