There could be several reasons why the file got corrupted. Our support team can find it out only by checking the file.
Please access your ticket in the Support Center and make sure you haven't closed it by mistake. If the ticket is open you might have already received a reply.

Now I am unable to open the slideshow file. I get an error that says that its either corrupted or incorrect file format.

I already created a help ticket and provided a link to the file, but no response.  I cannot find a phone number to call or any other method like email to contact anyone to get this resolved.

How do I fix this? Can someone please provide a solution?
