First, you need to check the updates for your the graphics card driver and install them if needed.
Second, make sure that the video clip format is valid. You may need to convert it to AVI before adding to the project.

very time i add video clip that I have shot to my movie the program shuts down Has any one had this problem also have asked questions from support and have never gotten an answer DISAPPOINTED
