If you've installed the templates correctly, they should be available under Titles > Collages. - https://prnt.sc/LeEVB2Azu4VF
If you can't find the installed templates in this tab, I recommend contacting the tech support here: https://smartshow-software.com/support.php
They'll help you install the templates.

I just bought a Template (My Baby Boy). I did the installation as you explain in the instructions, but the template is not included inside the program in Templates location. I did it many times. I have the deluxe edition. Please send me instructions how to manually install the template. I have the Deluxe edition, and windows 11 64 bit .Thank you

Hi!

All the additional templates were created especially for SmartSHOW 3D and they can't be used in other programs.

I'm new to this forum. Well, I've never belonged to any forum, so please forgive my error if I've posted this in the wrong area. My problem is that I've purchased 2 template packages and am not able to download them. I was sent the links (i purchased them separately) but when I "click" nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else? thank you
