I sent in a message to tech support, but am hoping someone else might be able to offer suggestions while I wait. I have the Deluxe version of the program. I burned my slideshow to a DVD in the format specified for USA/Canada. The DVD plays perfectly on my computer, but it will not come up on the DVD player - it gives an error.

Meanwhile, you can check the disc type you're using (DVD+R, DVD-R, DVD-RW etc.) and see whether it's compatible with your DVD-player. You can find this info in the player manual.
