That's really weird. But first, make sure that the slide duration is equal to the video duration. If it does, though, then you should contact tech support and send them one or two video file samples so they can check what could be wrong.

I have added several 10-12 second videos recorded as MP4's on my Galaxy Phone. When I do a playback in SmartShow 3D only 3 seconds fo video play before it jumps to the next slide? Anyone else have this problem?
