Is it a MOV file?
Have you tried converting the slideshow project to video? It is possible that the bug appears in preview mode only, but everything is fine after export.
You could send the file sample to tech support - they'll try to figure out what the problem is.

My video is just off my Samsung phone. It imports just fine but once in the software the sound is not matching the video

Hi, do you mean the audio inside your video?
What format is your video?
Are you having the problem at the preview stage, or after export as well?

I imported a video I made off my phone the version is MP4 to the software. Once I imported, the video and the audio are not in sync.
