Sounds line a problem with the graphics card driver. Install the latest driver available for your system, and this may resolve the issue. If it doesn't, you'd better contact tech support - they'll ask you for your system information and give further instructions.

Processing Mp4 video stuck at 42% [Resolved]

This happens often. I start to process a video and it goes along fine untill it s to 42 - 46%. Then it gets stuck. The timer doe not count down but it counts up thus adding time to processing instead of eliminating time. Any suggestions?
