In the 1st keyframe (slide start) the text should be placed beyond the bottom edge of the slide - so you select the text layer, open the Animation tab and change the Position value by clicking on the "down" arrow until it disappears completely.
In the 2nd keyframe (towards the end of the slide), text should be placed beyond the top edge of the slide. So you select keyframe 2 and do the opposite: change the Position value by clicking on the "up" arrow.
Your slide duration should be long enough to ensure smooth motion.
