This happens when you don't have the latest video card driver compatible with your Windows version. You need to look up your video card make and model, then go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver.

Cannot load photos [Resolved]

I have Smartshow3d Pro, version 7.15.

I select New Project, then Slideshow in 5 minutes, then select a template(or not), add a couple of photos and a music track. Finally a window is displayed saying "Loading..." but nothing happens. Whether I'm trying to load 1 photo,10 photos or 100 photos, it stuck. Whether I'm adding a music track or not it stays stuck on loading.

Any help is appreciated.
