What happens when you try using any of the links? Do you get 404 error?

I could not get the links for the free background templates to work.

I also just purchased the memorial background packet. The link for that doesn't work. Can someone tell me what would be the reason why they always have to send me different links. Right now I paid for stuff I can't use. I did copy the link out of the email and try to post in my browser. 2 different browsers and neither worked.
